What's included in each plan visit?
Every visit covers routine maintenance and minor repairs: hardware tightening, door and window adjustments, lubrication, minor drywall patching, caulking, trim securing, cabinet alignment, weather sealing, deck and fence tightening, wood spot-sealing, and a visual inspection with a written report. HVAC filter replacement is included on every plan. Ongoing Care adds pressure washing for up to 3 trash bins every visit; Complete Care adds light bulb service plus extended time.
How many visits do I get?
It depends on your plan: Standard includes 2 visits a year, Ongoing Care includes 4, and Complete Care includes 6. Every visit includes the full checklist and HVAC filter replacement.
Can I pay for the year up front?
Yes. Prepay a full year and you get one month free — $429 for Standard, $869 for Ongoing Care, and $1,529 for Complete Care. Switch to annual pricing on the

Can I request specific tasks?
Yes — submit requests anytime through your member portal. We plan each visit around your list, prioritizing the high-impact tasks that keep small issues from turning into big ones.
What if my list needs more than an hour?
Standard visits run one hour. If there's more to do, add extra time to any visit for a flat additional fee — your technician will let you know before starting anything beyond the hour.
Can I reschedule a visit?
Absolutely. Reschedule up to 48 hours in advance through the portal or by giving us a call.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans bill month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Most members stay because a maintained home is cheaper than a neglected one — not because a contract makes them.
Do you do plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair?
We handle non-plumbing, non-electrical maintenance — tightening, sealing, adjusting, patching, and prevention. For licensed trade work we'll flag the issue in your report so you can bring in the right specialist early, before it gets expensive.
